About Amiga HR

Amiga HR provides specialist HR consultancy services to small to medium sized businesses in the UK. We specialise in helping start-up and scale-up businesses to solve People problems, but are happy to work with more established companies too.

Whether you have no in-house HR team, need an extra pair of hands for a project, or want to up-skill your existing team, we can help.

Founder & HR Consultant

Amelia has 25 years of HR experience, including sitting on the Senior Leadership Teams of several tech SMEs. She combines expert HR knowledge with commercial acumen to help you find long lasting People solutions. She has covered HR for the UK, the USA, India, multiple EU countries, South Africa, and Japan.

Amelia is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a graduate from the University of Exeter.

Our Services

Tailored HR solutions for your business needs

On Demand HR Consultancy

HR advice as and when you need it. No commitments, no minimum hours per month, just pick up the HR bat phone, and we'll be there. Pay only for the HR time you need.

This service will be charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate, and you will need to have set up an account with us before activating the HR bat phone.

Monthly Retainer

If you know you're going to need HR help on an ongoing basis, and don't want to pay by the hour, a monthly retainer might be the option for you. As much dedicated advice and support for your business, as you need, from half a day a month upwards.

Any unused time can be rolled across to the following month.

One-off Project Work

Got a transformation project you need help with? A disciplinary or grievance that you're stuck with? Some redundancies you need help with? Whatever your HR project, we're here to chat.

Projects priced individually, based on complexity and time requirements.
